Yes, if you've changed your mind, you can cancel your order while it's still active. We will refund the remaining visitors that have not yet been delivered.
Please note that we have no way of refunding an order once all of the visitors have been delivered.
Bitcoin payments are non-refundable.

We guarantee that you will receive your order in full. If for some reason we are not able to deliver a service you ordered, you are entitled to a refund for those non-delivered visitors. This, however, only happens when ordering traffic from some exotic countries, as we have plenty of available traffic from the more popular countries.
Please keep in mind that delivery time may vary - we deliver the visitors within up to 30 days but this time can be shorter or longer at times, subject to availability.

Yes, before submitting the order you should get familiar with our Terms and Conditions and this FAQ. We do not accept links that lead to offensive, illegal or adult-only content (we do have Direct traffic available for adult websites so if you place an order pointing to an adult-only website - we will convert it to Direct traffic order). We reserve the right to refuse any order if we decide that it violates any of our rules.
We do not drive traffic to the following sites:
- PTP (ad.fly, adfoc.us and similar)
- Containing illegal or harmful content
- Tech support
- Adult-only (only available for Direct traffic)

Yes, you can! If you need to test any of our services please drop us a line via a contact form mentioning which service you would like to test out and the URL you wish to target. Due to a large number of free trial requests, the response time may be extended but you will always receive a confirmation message once your trial is approved.
Only one trial per customer is available, so please be nice and don't send more than one (we do check).

We accept secure credit/debit card payments through Viva Wallet and PayPal. Simply select the right option on the checkout page. You can also pay using your PayPal balance or through PayPal using a credit/debit card (you don't need a PayPal account to do that).
If you wish to pay using crypto - select the Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies payment method at checkout. There are multiple cryptocurrencies we accept and if you'd like to use one we don't - contact us and we'll make sure that you can use it. Please keep in mind that cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable.
You can also pay by direct bank transfer. If you select this payment option - you will be presented with the bank account details. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be processed until the funds have cleared in our account.

Until you receive a confirmation message from us with the start count - you can contact us requesting the URL to be changed. Once your campaign has started it may be a little more tricky (depending on the type of traffic), so please check with us and we'll see what we can do.

Yes, you can. There is no reason why this would be an issue but please keep in mind that it may be difficult to analyse the traffic in your Google Analytics if you are receiving traffic from multiple sources. In such a case, we recommend that you use UTM parameters to tell the traffic from different sources apart.

Once your order is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link that you can use to, well - track the visitors. Depending on the selected type of traffic, the order will go live within up to 24 hours.

We approve each order manually to make sure you get the best service designed for your needs so it may take up to 24 hours for the campaign to go live. This depends on the type of traffic you ordered and the volume of orders we have to process at the moment.
